It’s not your work to make anything happen. It’s your work to dream it and let it happen. Law of Attraction will make it happen. In your joy, you create something, and then you maintain your vibrational harmony with it, and the Universe must find a way to bring it about. That’s the promise of Law of Attraction.

Traveling as a vegan in Mexico is not a sacrifice nor difficult. Mexican Vegan food has been very satisfying, affordable and extremely delicious. Wherever we go, we Google vegan restaurants in the area and find at least few options to choose from. They’re also generally located in nicer and more alternative neighbourhoods. 😉 so it makes our traveling a bit more interesting.

Going vegan has never been easier!!! It’s better for you, better for the planet and better for animals.

New blogpost is up

Carpe-ntry-diem Spring of 2021 — Selfbuild & Sustainable On April 15, 2021, after 3 months of quarantine lifestyle in Ottawa, we returned back to our land in Bancroft, just in-time for the celebration of my birthday with a litter of kittens and a new 2010 Tacoma 4x4 truck. I still remember my wishes on that birthday very clearly: to find good homes for th

Snowy snowy winter ⛄️

04/12/2021

This is where we stop for the season. We finished the insulation of the roof and the windows. We’re hoping that the tarps will prevent the water damage over the winter. We will pick it up from here next spring.

We will be still be here for the next two months and do some more work around the property. Then we’ll be off for a little vacation 😎

Blog posts are coming soon.

Check out the new IGTV video mention about us by .fit - one of the most powerful, beautiful and generous women I have met. She is a true fitness goddess with a big heart.

When they first arrived Ivan was in Toronto; so just the three of us moved those big packages of foams you see in the shoot. It was heavy and dirty work but we had a lot of fun. The next day was colder and less pleasant yet we still got some work done. Sloan made a fire to stay warm and Catherine pulled more materials up on the roof and did bunch of other things on the side. Ivan and I were truly inspired by her energy.

When I remember everyone who came here (some knowing very little about us) and get under some dirty heavy work with pure serving heart; I feel hopeful about the world we’re creating. Supportive, kind, tolerant and loving. Ivan and I would do the same for anyone / anytime.

I used to be cynical about the people and the world. But here is the proof of how wrong I was. Now it’s your turn to believe in humanity. Continue giving your attention and energy to a kind of society you would be proud to be a part of.

Because, we get to CREATE it.

🌈🦄♥️✌🏻

Today I’d like to celebrate my trailer life here in Bancroft while we’re in process of building our home.

I feel it is as important to love the bad and the ugly as much as the good and the beautiful. Our life is certainly very simple and difficult, yet abundant and joyful here.

Here are some of the things we deal with on daily bases:

- We need to bring the water to the trailer every few days from the well with a big barrel on he backhoe that hates to work on cold weather.

- We have issues with hot water so we can only shower once a week if we’re lucky.

- We use an outhouse. 🤭

- We have a broken window and a tarp on the roof to prevent leaks. 😅

- We often use the oven to stay warm.

- We get visits from mice regularly 😝

- We don’t know where the money is coming from for the solar panels, batteries and other expenses.

You may think Woww. These things suck!!! But don’t be so quick to judge 😉🙌🏻⭐️🍾

Here are all the things we HAVE:

1. 💕each other: We’re sharing this beautiful experience together and having fun designing our life. Not following any trends nor fulfilling any cultural expectations.

2. Our health: we eat naturally and so healthy. We love our plant based lifestyle. We bake our own bread, make our own cheese and eat well.

3. Love and support of friends and family. No one seem to be bothered by what we cannot offer, but love what we get to share with them.

4. We have the sweetest cats. They keep the mice in control and filling our hearts with love.

4. We live in a real forest with real wildlife.

5. We have no depths. And have very little expenses other than the building materials.

6. We work less but money is still flowing for all our needs.

7. We have great neighbours.

8. Pandemic or political unrest doesn’t influence us.

I share this because people often FEAR DISCOMFORT and as a result stay in toxic relationships, work that they hate , lifestyle they cannot afford nor bring them joy.

Living in alignment is so much better than living in comfort.

You have no idea what life will bring if you take a leap of faith.

Where are you composing???-For the sake of what??? BE FREE, BE YOU - nothing is permanent.

We feel so intimately connected to this house at this point. It has become a big part of our lives for the last 3 years. I’ve never felt this way towards a built space before.

Part of the magic is the delayed gratification we’re experiencing and the physical / creative energy we pour into it.

Ivan is so in the flow with this process that it’s adorable to witness. I, on the other hand, looking forward to the finishing touches and creating the most wonderful experiences for our visitors.

I have a bag of 12” screws and I’m ready to go up on the roof. It’s just so nice to be up there on such a nice day. ☺️
