While we wait for the live stream to be friends with us so we can share the full kōrero from tonight’s Creative Thursday with Charles & Janine… I wanted to share one key takeaway I got from their talk.
They went full time into their creative business about a decade ago (correct me if I’m wrong) and mentioned this message:
If we don’t dream and live out our dreams, how can we tell our kids they can dream.
That hit home for me!

BIG NEWS:
We want to start by giving a huge mihi to Lama for all the mahi he does in the community - both personally and through The Alexander Cafe. We're so guttered that the space we set out for South Space upstairs at The Alexander just won't work the way we intended it to without putting in a little more mahi than we budgeted for. But grateful to have been given the opportunity that has sparked a fire in us around our coworking space dreams.
This is why you have had radio silence from us the past couple of months. We have been working hard to find a new location for South Space... and we have found it on level 1 at Nathan Homestead Pukepuke in Manurewa!
We can't wait to share more about our new space with you this week.

The benefit of a monthly dedicated desk is that you have a space that is all yours. You can hook up a screen to your space, and get the first choice of which workspace you want to be all yours!
When hot desking, you take your equipment home with you each day. Simply book in, show up, and choose a free spot. We only allow bookings for the number of desks available, so you’ll never turn up to find no spaces open.
