Tuesday is for two curly girls, celebrating significant birthdays (2 decades apart) already this year and playing in the same frock(totally planned).

Let's stop treating periods like the nature’s consolation prize and empower our women and people who have periods to embrace the benefits of their cycle.
This is a fun, light and creative workshop for people of all ages where we take the "worst" things about being a menstruator and turn them into the best things.
The truth is, the menstrual cycle has benefits – big fantastic, daily, monthly, even lifelong benefits.
Backed and aligned by science but packaged very differently to any school education. This is a great way for you and your young people to prepare, learn and celebrate embracing the gift of life giving qualities.
Boys will also learn about cycles and grow up to be men who appreciate the benefits of being attuned to them.  Men would also be afforded the benefits of going with the flow, and together will find balance with masculine and feminine.

Kylie has a background in psychology and is a certified parent and teacher coach

Kylie is a passionate inclusion advocate, supporting whanau and caregivers of any kind to understand neurodiversity and learning differences.

Kylie has lived experience with neurodiversity, parenting a autistic son and two daughters with learning challenges.
