First time and long time kava drinkers sharing a rare cultivar called Puariki. A beautiful way to connect into community, meet new people, and feel how the kava interacts with the body and mind through meditation. If you're curious to try a variety of cultivars or want to drop in to see what kava is all about- reach out. Free to attend and no pressure to drink kava. Kava will be available to buy as shells (cups) and in packages.

We will not be at the June Vegan Night Market, but the lovely could be running the show in July- stay tuned! We also may be able to arrange pick up orders in July, but it may not be as timely as usual. If you are in Michigan and would like to try buy kava let Alex know by June 11 as well.

Absolutely honored to have been a part of the Little River Drum Festival again this year! This was our first festival last year and our first time running the new workshops this year. There were so many people who put in mahi to make this happen— thank you so much to these kava beans for all your dedication and help to make Kava Cove the best it can be! 💕🥥

Kava Cove's purpose has always been to build community. Kava is a powerful plant that can stimulate intellectual conversations, relaxing meditations, and a wholesome understanding around mental health awareness.

So finally for our big announcement- we've decided that the best way we can serve this beautiful plant was to sell the trailer! Surprise!

So what does that mean for Kava Cove?

Alex feels that shifting the business direction from awareness to education is the best way to support the overall purpose. We will be hosting workshops at the same festivals we all loved last year and now you get to knead your own bowl of kava! (No more 3 hour waits!)

Walk away with a litre of kava AND a strainer bag! Not only that, but after a workshop you'll be empowered with the knowledge of how to make your own kava, the effects of kava, different cultivars, and maybe you'll make a few new friends!

We've paused our kava meditations briefly due to Covid, however after the workshop I will always offer a free 15-20 minute guided meditation and hopefully we will be back in Piko soon.

Our new business model is launching at The Little River Drum Festival at Little River Campground Nov 19-21. There are 50 spots available, please message us if you'd like to reserve a spot at one of the workshops!
