Our customer experienced extremely high pressure on the boiler side of this heat exchanger as a result of a leak in the old plate heat exchanger. We also replaced a pair of shut off valves that were leaking and added an expansion tank service valve. System pressure was set @ 15psi, expansion tank pressure is okay @ 15psi

Completed this project last year. We relocated the furnace from the middle of the house to the exterior wall to provide an open concept living area downstairs. We removed the HWT and installed a Navien Tankless water heater to provide unlimited hot water. We ran all new gas lines for BBQ, kitchen stove, furnace, tankless as well as main floor fireplace. Clearly labelling all gas lines for future service needs.

This 2,000,000 btu boiler was producing high CO in the flue and had been leaking for some time. After investigating we determined that a replacement boiler plant was what this building needs. Stay tuned to see our progress. 4x boilers each producing 2,000,000 btu’s for heating and domestic hot water production.
