The TTA Community Badminton Event 2024 celebrated diversity and unity, as players from various ethnic groups and regions of New Zealand came together to compete and promote harmony.
The TTA Community Badminton Event 2024 was made possible through the generous sponsorship of NZCT, ECDF, and Sai Rane, mortgage advisor. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all supporters and volunteers for their tireless efforts in making this event a grand success.

With the successful completion of of first TTA committee, who have taken the Tamil community in TARANAKI to new heights since its inception. A huge thanks to the committee members. Now the baton has been passed to the newly elected committee members. Best wishes.

TTA kicks off its regular Tamil class for 2024. Tamil classes are conducted every Saturday 5pm to 6:30pm. Kamban Payilarangam under the umbrella of Taranaki Tamil Association, conducted a one day Tamil workshop for kids. We take this opportunity to thank our Guests who were the main contributors towards this workshop - Adhithi Kannan Aotearoa Tamil Christchurch, Ajay Jawahar Dunedin Tamil-Society, Kalpana Ashok Kumar, Hamilton, Poonga Tamil Auckland https://www.tamileducation.org.nz/ and Angelin Prince, The Candles Chennai. Nevertheless, a huge support from our Tamil Class Volunteers cm Executers - Malarvizhi Michael Dass, Vithya Ananthalingam Yathavan , Farhana Basheer, Magesh Kumar Gopalakrishnan. Last but not least, our gratitude to our TTA President Barani Baskar for his support.
