If we fail to plan, we plan to fail! It’s as simple as that. I tried and tested that theory multiple times in my life 😂

Take a Sunday morning and sit down to plan your meals for the week. It will save you so much time and money. ⏰ 💴

Time: You won’t waste time trying to figure out what to make for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is where meal prepping also comes in handy, especially for lunch!

Money: When we plan what we are going to make, we only need to buy the items required for those meals. Less waste = more money saved.

Write your meals down and put it against your fridge so you can stay on track of what to eat. Keep yourself accountable!
