Kia Ora e te Whanau hope we are all having a great NY i just got back from holiday in Whakatane to find my cabin tagged with gang graffiti. The person responsible had actually moved in while i was away on holiday and claimed the cabin as his own and moved in. He told another whanau member i had been removed from Pakau Trust and had no rights to it any longer..I'd like you all to know we are still the legal Trustees managing Pakau affairs including the Marae Reservation and will continue serving the beneficiaries of 9c2b2, 15a and 9c3b despite Puhirua Trust challenging our right to do so in MLC
PS; I know who the Tagger and think he's very cheeky and disrespectful i went to meet him this morning unfortunately he wasn't available he also smashed my gate which cost me $450...not a great way to start the year. Anyway whanau enjoy 2023....Gary
