Welcome to 68 Eberly Woods. This relaxing and cozy trailer is only steps to the FUNPLEX, playgrounds, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts, and beach.
Features a queen bed in the primary bedroom, double over double bunks in the second room and a sofa bed in living room.

Lifted golf cart included (must be 25+ with valid drivers license to drive)
Renters must be 25+. Single family occupancy. Maximum occupancy is 8 and no exceptions will be provided.
Guests are responsible for all linens, pillows, towels( bath and beach), toiletries, food and toys/games that you and your family enjoy. No Smoking. No Pets

M-F- $1650
F-M- $1450
Full week- $2450
Check in at 3 pm; and check out at 11:00 a.m.
$500 security deposit required at time of booking, will be returned within 7 days of vacating rental providing property (including golf cart) is left clean and without damage (including contents of trailer) and confirmed by Sherkston Shores that no fines pending during stay.
$10 per person registration fee included (up to 6 people)
Copy of valid drivers license will be required.
Full payment due within 30 days of rental date.
