Womens Boxing, For all levels of experience, no membership or equipment needed.
What’s required
- Water bottle
- Towel
- Equipment if you want your own otherwise provided
- 45mins spare
- An able to laugh while punching
Creche is available for the mums if with bubs no etc cost.
If your a mum wanting to do something for your self and be surrounded by an amazing bunch of women please I encourage you to get in contact with me and I’ll help you get started.
If your nervous to be in a group situation I’ve also got personal training available to get you started.
