Yoga in Barcelona ✅ Ocean swimming along the Costa Brava coast ✅ Next leg: cycling from Collioure in France back over the Pyrenees to Calella in Spain. First time on an e-bike (hence the practice circles in the car parks🤣)

Sometimes the spontaneous yoga classes on towels are the best…

Today we had hoped to swim from France to Spain… but gusts to 47kph thwarted our attempt. Instead, we peeked over the border around the headland and then relished the Best French Paella EVER!

Costa Brava

Today’s 3.5km swim around Illes Formigues Islands and across to the mainland coast with a tiki tour by boat to Palamos along the ‘not-so-wild’ Costa Brava.🥰🙏 Thanks oceanswimsafaris.com

The yoga part of the trip comes to an end… today we head up the coast to rendezvous with swimmers from other countries to begin our swims along the Costa Brava coastline… I’m excited! Report to come.

The path to rooftop yoga in Barcelona is a challenge in itself! Coming from Leigh (popn 606), city life is a little overwhelming. E # # .

Poddies, today I fly to Costa Brava in Spain to check out the Vies Braves (sea lanes for swimmers) and swim from France to Spain around the foothills of the Pyrenees for possible future YogiFish Retreats. It has been on my radar for YEARS! In the meantime, take care and stay salty! 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽 Watch this space!

WHAT. JUST. HAPPENED!

It’s hard to choose a highlight… but today was definitely up there! Diane Henry shared her skill and knowledge of cultural traditions with us with her Maine Mura programme (women of passion): pareu screenprinting, head garland creation and learning to dance Polynesian style (hard!) followed by dinner with the poddies at

Today’s YogiFish adventure included a flowing yoga session with lots of neck and shoulder releases, a 3km swim from Motikitiu to Rapota island, lunch on One Foot Island, a surprise dip with a turtle, spontaneous shared dinner at the pool, Jono on the mandolin accompanied by a single malt highland whisky. Life is very, very sweet.

It’s only day 2! The Swim of the Giants today stretched to almost 5km! From purple coral to giant clams and giant trevally and one impressive giant Napoleon wrasse
