I'm Emma & True North Yoga is my passion! I've been teaching since 2017 and completed 500hrs YTT. Classes held at Kaitaia, Rangiputa and at my Ahipara Studio.
True North Yoga caters for all fitness levels, beginners are most welcome, in a fun and friendly workout environment. Beach Yoga is on during the Summer months. Bring Water and a Yoga mat (if you have one) or towel and I'll see you there!

VINYASA FLOW with Steph.
Some yoga experience is preferable as this style of yoga has you flowing from pose to pose. Not suitable if you have shoulder or wrist injury.
Saturday's - starting this weekend.
Time: 8:30 am - 75 min class.

Extended Hand to Big Toe Hold Pose.
This is a great balancing posture that builds strength and flexibility.

Have you tried our Bikram Hot Yoga class yet?
This Saturday, 19th October, is our last Bikram class for the month (studio is closed Labour Weekend) so be sure to come in and join Steph for this heated class.
All welcome, No experience required. This class is ideal for Beginners and those who feel they "have no flexibility". The heat will warm you up and makes it easier to move your body, stretch out and gain better balance & strength.
60 min class. Cost $15 or bring your friend and you can both come for $25

True North Yoga Northland offers 60-90 minute Iyengar Yoga and HIIT Fitness classes (High Intensity Interval Training) and occasionally some Dance Fitness. All fitness levels are catered for, beginners are most welcome, in a fun and friendly workout environment. Classes are currently held at Ahipara Fire Station and Rangiputa Fire Station.
