We're excited to spotlight our recent project for Arrow Uniforms' new Wellington headquarters, designed by Sarah Langford Interior Creative. This purpose-built factory and office space perfectly blends sleek industrial design with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Sarah's design aimed to elevate professionalism and efficiency while enhancing connectivity and collaboration among Arrow's team members. The transformation took the space from an outdated, noisy office to a modern, functional workspace. Key features include fabric motifs, textural elements inspired by fabric and thread, and subtle nods to Arrow’s branding.

A standout feature is our Acre Chair, made with eco-plastic, including 30% straw fibre, this quirky classic offers exceptional ergonomics and sustainability. Our journey began amidst the turbulence of the 1987 stock market crash, when Owen Renton's vision ignited Crestline Trading. From humble beginnings emerged a legacy of ingenuity and reliability. Moving off the family dairy farm in his trusty Series 40 Toyota Landcruiser, Owen embarked on an inaugural voyage, procuring second-hand office furniture from the Auckland auction houses. With careful refurbishment he repurposed each piece to suit his customer’s needs. That is, quite simply, how Crestline began.
Today, at the ripe old age of 83, you will find Owen tinkering around in our workshop customising something for someone. Three generations on, with decades of collective wisdom, our innovative roots still run deep, and we remain grounded in listening to our customers, bringing their visions to fruition, and consistently delivering beyond their expectations.

Collaborating closely with Māori staff and artists, WSP wove Te Ao Māori into every aspect of the workspace. From symbolic computer-routed waharoa to majestic pou tuarongo, each element tells a story of connection and resilience.

✨ Nestled amongst nature, the boathouse provided the perfect backdrop for our staff summit day, to just kick back and enjoy each other's company. With nothing but the peaceful soundtrack of the coast and native bird song all day long, we rewarded our star performers, played lawn games, put the long-line out, indulged in mouthwatering Clevedon coast oysters, and tucked into a midday feast prepared by our talented in-house chef!

With a mission to 'design with purpose', Chow Hill have masterfully crafted an interior space that showcases the magic of purposeful design, - where every element serves a greater purpose in enhancing the way we work and collaborate.
The design of Baker Tillys new workspace utilises natural sunlight and incorporates biophilia to radiate a sense of positivity in this high profile office. It is evident that from concept to completion, every detail has been carefully considered to ensure that form seamlessly meets function. It's the little things that count... like the lush green plants that abound in the pots and Framework wall systems to soften the industrial feel, while enhancing air quality and employee well-being.
This new office not only looks and feels like a great space to work in, it also supports collaboration and productivity among employees, which perfectly compliments our vision of creating workplaces that you would look forward to going to on Monday morning!
