Meet our head chef AJ.
AJ has worked at The Prospect for the last 7 years.
The reason AJ became a chef is simple, he loves to eat. From a young age he had a passion for cooking and decided to follow this desire in his adult life subsequently becoming a chef. Working in various roles throughout many New Zealand kitchens.
His hobbies include long walks and hikes, watching food documentaries and learning about human history.
Fun fact, AJ is a proud dad to a 7 year old daughter who unlike her father doesn’t like the limelight!
