PROJECT 348
“My Song” - Club Swan 80
The Club Swan 80 “My Song” made her racing debut at the 2022 Maxi Yacht Rolex Cup, Porto Cervo. Racing in the Maxi division “My Song” finished 5th overall, including a race win in the final race of the series.
The Club Swan 80 conceived by Nautor Swan is designed by Juan Yacht Design and was built by Persico Marine. PURE Design & Engineering provided the composite engineering and construction drawings. The yacht was built with a mix of standard and intermediate modulus prepreg carbon and Nomex and Corecell M cores.

PROJECT 444:
First 36
The First 36 is a new high performance cruiser racer developed and built by Seascape and Beneteau. Working with the team at Seascape, PURE worked hard to minimize weight and streamline the production process on this 36’ production yacht. PURE provided the composite engineering and construction drawings.

Congratulations to Matt Allen, Tim Sellars & team for winning the Rolex Sydney Hobart Tattersall Cup for a record-equalling third time on the PURE engineered IRC52' Ichi Ban.

Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race 2021 The number one racing boat in Australia was declared overall winner of the Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race for a third time, Matt Allen’s TP52, Ichi Ban, announced the 2021 winner, so will yet again have its name engraved on the Tattersall Cup.

We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic draftsman or draftswoman to produce composite construction drawings. PURE works with the world’s leading yacht designers and teams to help produce leading-edge composite structures.
Expertise in AutoCAD is essential, and knowledge of Rhino and SolidWorks an advantage. 3-5 years working in the marine industry required.
Based in Auckland working with a team of 10 engineers and draftspeople.
Must have a New Zealand work permit, and be in NZ currently.

Congratulations to the PURE engineered Gitana Team for a commanding line honours win in the 2021 ROLEX Fastnet! Completing the 695nm course in 1 days 9 hours 15 minutes and 54 seconds!
Meanwhile, the recently launched PURE engineered CS125' Skorpios is first monohull around the Fastnet Rock, with the PURE engineered Apivia Voile - Charlie Dalin in a close second. With a changing forecast the second half of the race will require plenty of concentration.
