Angove Engineering is a small General Engineering business based in Pahiatua.

We are looking for an Office Administrator for the day to day running of the office. The hours required will be Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.00pm.

We use “Infusion” for our accounts – and although experience would be useful, training can be given.

This role includes:

- Answering and replying to incoming calls and emails

- Inputting job cards

- Follow up open job sheets for completion

- Processing debtor and creditor invoices and purchase orders

- Sending electronic quotes, invoices and statements

- Inventory management

- General filing

- Maintaining clean office and lunchroom

- General administration tasks as required

You will need to have had experience in an administrative based position and knowledge of accounting processes with great organisational skills and attention to detail.
