Senior Foreman Roofer
We are an established commercial roofing company with significant experience completing various projects in the industrial and commercial arena, working for a variety of clients.
We are currently looking for an experienced Roofing Senior Foreman with a hands-on approach to assist with our current projects. If you have experience in this area, we would love to hear from you.
• You should have a trade qualification in roofing or equivalent site experience. Several years’ experience in commercial roofing
• Experience in managing/overseeing projects
• Ability to identify specific types of roofing materials and implement proper installation and repair methods
• Ensure there is adequate materials and equipment to safely and efficiently complete projects
• Organize, lead, and train team members to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframes
• Responsible for staff production and quality of workmanship
• Lead teams through effective and efficient installation
• Ability to identify risk and have a problem-solving attitude
• Great at supervising people and communicating alike as well as with customers
• Ability to read construction plans
• Effectively maintain project documentation and photo requirements
• Someone who has a down to earth nature, to fit into our dynamic team
• Computer literate
