Today we installed this Victron EV charger on an off grid system in Greendale . The control for this system was allready victron and this EV charger seamlessly integrated onto the network to talk to all the necessary components.
We had at least 6.5kw of pure green charging when the sun came out without draining anything from the battery.
It’s nice to install different products and have them do exactly what they should .
Thanks to Ben at Taspac Energy Ltd for the interest in this project and supply of the EVSE and CPS Solar Ltd who originally installed this well put together off grid system.
Anything is possible , talk to the experts !!!

NZ Trade Group had their annual member and supplier conference at Te Pae here in Christchurch this week.
It was a great two days networking and getting an in-site on the market and supplier product .

Hearing Jason Gunn , Brad Olsen and Ronnie Tan from Credit Works was a highlight !

It wrapped up with a awards dinner and unexpectedly Wheeler Electrical was awarded,
Preferred Supplier Loyalty Award for 2023.

4x Halcyon Lighting 300w LED Floods .

Always good to come back to site when it’s dark to check the job and make sure the client is happy.

We headed along to the Switch Lighting launch party for their Christchurch Showroom.
Great event hosted by NZ Trade Group .

I also took along Nick Mantell from Whitepeak Construction to show him the space where he can take clients and also get ideas from his next build.

We were lucky enough to both win prizes on the night !
