Hi everyone ❤️❤️ I've had a few things happen over the last few weeks with a few of you so I just wanted to remind everyone of the lives rules xx

I absolutely hate having to moan etc but some things are just not ok

No swaps
No arguing who has claimed as it's always different for some people with lag etc

No put backs the next day or next week, because you overspent, changed your mind etc. it takes time to do invoices, wrap your crystals etc, and it is very frustrating when I've done the invoices and wrapped and packaged your order to then get a message because you have overspent. It is up to you to keep track of what you spend and not get in over your head.

Please do not cancel your order because a "bill" came up. Your crystal invoice is also a bill and it is very unfair on not only myself but others that would of purchased the items on the live.

There will be a zero tolerance for this from now on, unless it's a situation completely out of your control which I understand happens, if you cancel an order or put things back you will be banned from the lives

Packabox shipping update

Hi everyone, as I have a limited amount of storage space I am putting a limit of the amount of time a packabox can remain before sending of 8 weeks xx

Hi xx Sadly there are a few to many unpaid and overdue invoices on the website at the moment 🥲🥲

The people who have these invoices have been sent messages via messenger and if they remain unpaid by the live this Thursday they will be put back up for sale unless an arrangement is put in place.

Please keep to your budget, it is not okay to claim items without the means to pay for them....
