We completed this a few weeks ago after a rough wet winter! This depth of a winter we were sloshing around in a river of mud mostly but we still had a great time and think the results are great!
Can’t wait for a🤞 longer and warmer and drier summer so our clients to get use out of their new spaces.

Concrete driveway getting poured today in Matakatia. Large boom pump needed to get around the back and McCullums chip with an exposed finish will tie in with the rest of the street 😀 beautiful location and the weather is being kind to us today despite mixed reports.

A nice finish for a sunny Friday! Exposed concrete pathway with simple mulching up to the boundary fence. Clients will plant out the area 😊

Wet weather always makes a bit of fun when concreting.
Here’s a fence the team built last week, capped and beaded. One of the neighbours is a repeat client and wanted a pathway done to make access around her house a little easier.
Will be an exposed finish 😊

Friday fun with the digger, this job is definitely a steep one, most people these days would of sub divided and built a big fancy house, but not this cricket and soccer loving family, a new 11x20m (220m2) lawn going in with retaining walls fencing and much needed stairs, will be adding lights and a few extra goodies along the way for all year round enjoyment

Finished this beautiful kwila deck this week with built in seating and storage under the stairs
Lester & Co. is looking for a Skilled Landscaper to start soon. We have become extremely busy and we are looking for the right person to add to the team. This role is for a full time position (35-40hrs per week).
Must have:
Own transport with a clean, FULL driver’s license
Experience driving with trailers and smaller trucks
Experience working around equipment: Diggers, Trucks etc on site
Basic tools
Own PPE gear
Positive attitude
Willingness to take instruction
Be presentable and professional
Ability to work autonomously and independently
Ability to take charge and think on your feet as required
Minimum Skills Experience:
Experience building retaining walls, fences, decks, and Landscape Construction
Concrete prep, i.e. pathways, driveways etc
Power tool operating experience
Possibility to manage a labour hand in future as well

A late night and an early start for the team this morning getting ready for a big driveway pour. 230sqm shared driveway between 3 properties! Retaining walls in the mix too 😊 Hopefully the weather gods continue to hold onto their rain🤞🤞🤞

Progress is coming along here. Board walk is being constructed this week, fences are stained, pool tiles are placed and look gorgeous... Also, the pool is glistening with pool glitter! Yes it’s a real thing! Super inviting on these hot summer days! And.. the Rosewood timber has arrived for the deck! Gosh it’s been busy for us this month but we love being back here!
