Swimming Taranaki purpose is to promote swimming in the community, developing life skills and provide pathways to success with a vision of striving for excellence through nurturing and growing the sport of swimming in our region.
Congratulations to all the winners at the Annual Awards of Swimming Taranaki held on Saturday. Special congratulations to Max Cave who won 'Swimmer of the Year' 2023/24.

Swimming Taranaki are sending a team to this event in January 2025 (next year). If you are interested in swimming this iconic swim (ideal practice for the Flannagan Cup!) then please contact us. Swimmers will need to organise their own accommodation and transport.
Thanks to everyone who came along and supported The Taranaki Winters at Methanex Bell Block Aquatic Centre this weekend past. Great swimming and competition! And thank you to Toi for financially supporting this event!
Pekaren Pizza, right beside Methanex Bell Block Aquatic Centre are very kindly going to open early on Saturday morning from 8:30am and 9:00am on Sunday during the Taranaki Winters. So all parents/officials/coaches/managers can get a morning fix of coffee! There will also be food available.
And if you don't want to go home and cook after tonights racing their kitchen is open from 5-8:30pm for pizzas, dinner, a glass of wine etc.
They will also be supplying the officials (which includes timekeepers) with food to sustain them during Saturday and Sundays events!

Stay tuned on Saturday Morning at 8:20am on Most FM, where Mariano (the Head Coach at Aquabladz NP Swimming Club will be on the show discussing the up and coming Taranaki Winters Competition being held at Methanex Bell Block Aquatic Centre as well as all aspects of the sport of swimming in Taranaki.

The Swimming Taranaki Senior Swim Camp was a busy one this weekend - it included not only swimming but also yoga, stretching and mindfulness, whole body circuit training, breakfasts and Lasertag!
Once again huge shout out to Toi Foundation for their financial assistance in making this camp so successful.
Roll on Winter Champs to put all this training to good use....
