100% Waiheke Wines Peacock Sky is now selling all of their 100% Waiheke Island wines from their online store.
The vines are surrounded by lush native bush overlooking the sparkling blue waters of the Hauraki Gulf. They share their verdant home with a flock of wild peacocks from which the vineyard takes its name.

"The highly distinctive, bottle-fermented 2016 vintage (4.5*) is a daring varietal blend of Merlot (61%), Cabernet Franc (27%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (12%). Disgorged after more than four years aging on it's yeast lees, it has straw/pale orange colour, with a fragrant, ye**ty bouquet. Full-bodied, it has loads of lively peachy, slightly toasty flavour, showing very good complexity, a dry feel (5g/L of residual sugar), balanced acidity, and a harmonious, lingering finish. Well worth trying."
