Established in 1991, the Hawke’s Bay wine auction is the oldest wine Auction in New Zealand.
Bringing together Hawke’s Bay’s finest Wineries and Local artists, this event offers the opportunity for wine enthusiasts to bid on unique wine lots with all proceeds going to Cranford Hospice.

Riddling occurs at the end of the Methode Traditionelle winemaking process. Here the 2020 Marlborough Blanc de Blanc is placed on riddling racks to move the sediment remaining in the bottle to the neck of the bottle for removal, in preparation for disgorgement.
