It certainly was a summer for outside entertaining this year ☀️ and we love this feature canopy we built on our recent renovation - lined with timber slats, recessed LED lights and gorgeous views over Raglan township and the harbour 👌

The beginnings of curved kwila boardwalks in paradise 💫

We try our best to recycle and reduce our waste where we can, so this trailer load of native timber from our renovation job is off to to be recycled 👏

Our next extensive renovation is underway and it’s going to be a beauty 💫

Building a healthy home is number one for us, so we are super excited to be using a New Zealand made natural and sustainable wool insulation 🙌

It’s been a productive weekend on our Raglan build, with trusses being delivered Friday and are now all up 🙌

We’ve had some great progress on this build in the new Hope Hill subdivision in Te Miro - despite the wild weather we’ve been having! We’re loving seeing it take shape in amongst its stunning landscape 🌄

This beauty is someone’s to own and will be on the market shortly and ready for it’s new owners to move into and enjoy in October 🔑

Our clients chose to add this one to their open plan living space where it can either be used as an extension of their dinning area, or as it’s own casual seating area for that morning coffee in the sunshine ✨

How stunning are these glass mosaics that were used in a recent ensuite renovation we completed?! Each tessera is a different finish and colour, making every one unique 🙌

They give the space such a luxurious feel 🤎
