Smart...From 1st September 2024, customers will be able to choose to download our app from the apple or google play store and connect to their bike.

⚠️ The app is only available on new Bighorn models. Also available on the Bene and S-Cargo

The app will be able to provide :

Real-time GPS Location: With a 4G SIM card, track your bike's whereabouts anytime, anywhere.

Geo-fencing: Receive instant alerts if your bike is moved outside designated boundaries.

Report Stolen Bike: In the unfortunate event of theft, report your bike stolen directly through the app, triggering security measures and shutting down the bike.

Dealer Locator: Easily locate and connect with authorized Wattwheels dealers for support and service.

Remote Bike Control: Take command of your eBike's features remotely—toggle lights, and adjust PAS, all at your fingertips.

Remote Diagnosis: Diagnose, see battery health and troubleshoot any issues seamlessly through the app, ensuring your ride is always in peak condition.
