Do you get anxious before an event? Homeopathic remedies can support you to overcome that oh no before an event. But each remedy will feel differently, so depending on how your symptoms get expressed, the remedy indicated would be different.
Aconite is restless and fearful, whereas Gelsemium is anxious and trembles. Coffea is when your brain has not stopped ticking over at night, and now you are at the event without sleep. Anacardium will have a complete lack of confidence.

Happy Birthday 🥳
Homeopathy Awareness Week 2023 😍. Happy Birthday to Samuel Hahnemann, a homeopathic legend.
He is the founder of Homeopathy and practised briefly as a doctor before his world changed with his work with the cinchona plant. This led to the founding principles of "like cures like" or "similia similibus curentur."
From this, Homeopathy has grown to be a worldwide system of medicine that is non-toxic and safe for humans, animals and even our plants. It can be used at any stage of life to support the body through its natural processes.

My heartfelt thoughts and wishes to all our Hawke's Bay Community and esp. to those that have been affected by Cyclone Gabrielle. But in some ways I think we are all affected, we are all feeling in shock and disbelief if not worse.
I am posting some advice on how Homeopathy can help you get through this difficult time.
I live in Te Awanga and can drop off remedies to anyone in THe Haumoana / Te Awanga community or remedies can be picked up here.
Please get in touch with your Homeopath if you need help. www.homeopathy.co.nz
I offer FREE advice (and access to remedies if possible) for VICTIMS of the February 2023 Cyclone Gabrielle disaster.
