Yum! Check out another fabulous way to use our Golden Heart Chai to make a yummy healthy breakfast with this Golden Heart Chai & Chia seed recipe:
Into a jar put 2 dessertspoons chia, 3/4 cup milk of your choice , 1 tsp maple syrup, a couple of drops vanilla and 3/4 tspn (or to taste) Golden Heart Chai. Stir then leave to sit for about 3 mins before stirring again. Place the jar lid on and put in the fridge over night ready for the next day. Serve with chopped up banana. Delicious!

Try out this tasty Veggie Loaf recipe made with Golden Heart Turmeric. Great for a cold winter's day 😊

Golden Heart Turmeric Veggie Loaf Recipe (serves 4)

In a large bowl mix together:
- 1 Tspn Golden Heart Turmeric
- 1 large diced onion
- 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 250gm Cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 zucchini grated
- 5 mushrooms finely chopped
- 1 carrot grated
- 2 tspn dried sage
- 1 tspn mixed herbs

Put in an oven proof casserole dish. Cover with chopped feta and grated cheese. Sprinkle over a handful of chopped cashew nuts.

Cook for approximately 40 minutes at 180 degrees or until the top goes golden and the mixture is cooked through in the middle. Enjoy on it's own or add Aioli for more flavour when served.

Golden Heart Drinks Chai recipe to try - Chai Apples. 😋
2 apples - diced
1 tsp Golden Heart Chai paste (add more if preferred)
1 tsp honey
1 Tbs tahini
2 or 3 Tbs coconut yogurt (or cows if you prefer)
Chopped walnuts or other nuts or toasted seeds as desired.

Yum! Super healthy, fast and cheap if you learn how to make your own yogurt. If you would like a recipe for coconut yoghurt, please let us know in the comments below :).
