Here is an amazing house that sits up in the back hills of Waikanae with stunning views. Kapiti piling and earthworks moved countless trucks of dirt and then installed impressive retaining walls.
The 300 square slab has polished floors with a hallway long enough to play cricket down.
The owners love to cook and entertain making the kitchen and living area one of the main centrepieces of the house, with views over Kapiti throughout.
To top it off we installed a 160 square deck to enjoy the sunsets.
The owners who own Competete Roofing, finished the house with black colour steel espan.

A really awesome house to be a part of

The start of a house we are doing on the beachfront in Pekapeka. A serious amount of steelwork in this Rib raft slab. But we got there, ready for the pour.

We are now working on the frames to get the roof underway.

Here's a few finished pictures of the house we built out Waitarere Beach. Looking good with a few final touches. Hopefully we get to come back and get some complete photos when the outside is complete.

We've been a little slack with posting so now time to play abit of catch up. Here's a deck and pergola we fitted in at the start of the year.

Something a bit different. A concrete panel house with a rough sawn 6x1 imprinted to give a textured finish. We had Okomue ply ceilings that flowed to the alfresco area and down into the kitchen. With the concrete and details, it is a sharp look.

One of our newly started projects. We are working with colspec construction from Palmerston North, we are adding a few more rooms with ensuites and a new dining room. We have had the demo crew through to clear the site. We have our piles set up and tidy slabs dug, ready for our pour. Looking forward to getting a floor down.

We have been waiting a while to get started on this one up the back of Waikanae, this site comes with an amazing view of Kapiti. There has been some serious retaining and earthmoving to get a flat site. Now we have boxed up and placed a rib raft floor with a white colour through it. The floor has had its first cut for a polished finish. We have made a start on the frames, looking forward to getting the roof on.

Trusses up, roof on, windows in. We were lucky we have a rigid air barrier on this build, which let us get all the gib up and plastering done. We have received the first load of the cladding and finished a few walls. Looking at starting decks and getting the final finishing done.

Pergola and deck are all finished. Okomue ply ceilings up with a negative detail, always a good look. Great house to work on that had a lot of little details. Looking forward to getting some final photo.
