We got rid of the tired 750 x 750mm with a dripping mixer and crammed a 1000 x 1000mm in there with a new mixer and slide shower in at the same time. Owners were stoked and not sure how to sleep without a dripping shower mixer.

Just a couple of easy upgrades that brighten up some otherwise tired fixtures, for a whole lot less $$. Single lever mixer into the basin and a new S/S sink insert and tap. After doing this job for 30 years, I still pucker cutting the hole bigger in the bench top 🤣🤣

Just a quick wee toilet upgrade. We hid all the water pipes for the toilet, making it seamless.

Also an under bench RO water filter upgrade. (Nitrate filter).
The waste pipe set up had to be re done to maximise the cupboard space.
RO systems aren’t on demand, so these store the filtered water for you to drink.

Just finished off another bathroom. Lots of room for activities with this massive space.

Out with the old and in with the new.
I was recommended by a few people on the local fb page. Two days from start to finish and we did it all in-house at Nick Jones Plumbing. Supplied and installed a brand new shower, framing, Gib, mixer, slide shower and vanity. Everything went smoothly with little disruption to the household. As the saying goes, all in two days work 😉.

I got the call to fix the feed valve leak.
Firstly I’ve seen this dangerous piece or wiring. There needs to be a grab grommet to stop the wire chafing on the hwc casing.
Also no seismic strapping.

Then the home owner told me the pressure has been horrendous, so I did a flow test.
9lpm is about what an average sink needs. This had 1.75lmp on a pressurised low pressure system. This thing should have cranked.

I swapped out the old valve, that approximately five other plumbers didn’t look at and it instantly went to 10.5 lpm.
We tried the shower and she was excited.
This was so easy and I’m blown away that so many other plumbers were just to lazy to do their job.

After doing a hot water mains pressure alteration for a client, I asked the next day if he had hot water and how it was, he replied
“Yup! Have been pinned to shower wall for about 10 minutes.... Bloody goodo”.

Got me girls helping me out on the big jobs. Finishing another bathroom alteration.

We had a client wanting new toilets, so that’s what we did. We swapped out a couple of twenty year old toilet suites for a couple of matte black btw ones. We cut the wall open behind the toilets outline, shifted the waters so they become back entry water feed and kept it clean looking. Some before and after pics below.
