Fun Fact-
In Māori culture, Matariki is the Pleiades star cluster and a celebration of its first rising in late June or early July. The rising marks the beginning of the new year in the Māori lunar calendar.
Interestingly, Subaru is the Japanese name for the constellation Pleiades. It is also called the Seven Sisters, whose image the designers recreated in the company’s corporate logo. However, despite the word “Seven,” there are only six stars in the emblem since the seventh has always been invisible.

One of the nice things about having 20 years of experience with lip rolling and flaring, is you get to work on some very nice cars.
One of the jobs I had today was working on this 2006 BMW 335i.
I removed the sealant from the top side of the guard lips, then I lip rolled the rear guards.
No panel or paint damage at all and another very happy customer.

This was a solid set of rear guards to lip roll and some of the strongest around. Luckily I over engineered and built my own guard rolling tool over 20 years ago and it's able to handle the jandel.

With this classic, someone had already had a go poorly at lip rolling, so there was a little tidy up work. Then I rolled the lips alot flatter and have given around 5-7mm more clearance.
