We FINALLY have a date and venue for a Christchurch festival: lock 9th - 10th May 2025 in Rolleston in your calendars!
And……I can confirm we will be at the Auckland & Christchurch events!

What a morning! So much fun meeting new families navigating what can be a pretty overwhelming journey. It was so rewarding seeing so many kids knowing they didn’t have to worry about not being able to participate in an activity.
Thank you so much to Katie Martin and The Arts Centre Te Matatiki Toi Ora for hosting the event to continue raising awareness around Coeliac Disease.
We love being able to support events like this up and down the country. Inclusivity is so important, especially with our young people.

Coeliac Awareness Week 2024 has kicked off with a bang, and FOG Food loves supporting events up and down the motu! This year we will be at The Arts Centre Te Matatiki Toi Ora with Coeliac New Zealand.

As you can imagine, the couriers and delivery teams across the country are under the pump. On top of still managing stock into NZ, we've had a delivery delay that has meant not all of our products are available for our opening today, Friday. Alrighty……the stall is setup ready for tomorrow Auckland!!! And guess what…..we launch our new dumpling wrapper mix so you can DIY dumplings at home! I’m sure our loyal dumpling lovers will tell you how good they are!

Once they are sold out, that will be it for a few weeks as we get ready for the holiday classes.

Learn to make the perfect gluten-free dumplings with FOG Food! Our dumpling class is designed for kids aged 10 years and over and will teach the art of rolling and pleating dumplings. With limited spaces, our classes are intimate and engaging, and you’ll have plenty of tasters to enjoy during the class. You will get to take at least 3 dozen dumplings home with you. Plus, you’ll get to make your own custom dipping sauce. Parents, great opportunity to go and grab a coffee and enjoy the quiet. Sign up now and get folding.

Soft, fluffy and light!
Did I mention SOFT!!!
I think we have finally cracked the perfect blend for the most amazing scones!
They went through a rather tough panel of taste testers 👅 And there were 7 empty plates on the table…some even licked clean (although that may have been the cream!)
This one might be the perfect product for the pantry for a rainy day. Super easy to make, and really quick too! Just going to try some variations this week (more scones for us with the kids at school!)

We are looking to open up a couple of times a week with a selection of products available, but we want to make sure they are what you are looking for. Is it breads, rolls, pies (hot or frozen), bags of biscuits, packs of slices, cakes (I’m no cake decorator - carrot cakes, choc cakes etc) single cookies/slices, donuts (they are in the test kitchen as we speak!) dry goods(single flours, pre mix blends to make at home) cookie dough, waffles…… Also let us know when we should be open (a Saturday mid-morning to early afternoon is definitely on the cards)
We know a lot of you aren’t local to Rolleston, but your feedback is still really helpful.
