Muriwai house , this was a cool project

One of three bathrooms we renovated in the same home , the clients had some ideas and we put them together to create this space for them. Needless to say they were very happy

It’s amazing how easy you can change a room and this space needed an up grade so we added a tile splash back to the kitchen the floor got a sand , stain , and then ceiled with a polyurethane coating . Next was to get the painters in to sort out the ply ceilings and jazz up the rest .

Latest project we’ve been working on this is one of the original Shelly beach batch’s that was relocated and renovated several times through the decades this decades ours have a look at the photos and see what you think . Final touches now and onto the next one

Ground up

This was a cool project for us , and would love to build one again , a kit set from buildings made simple and easy 24 meters x 9 meters and 5 meters high . 4 open bays with a 5th closed in for a work shop . This is a shed I could enjoy and would be happy to build again .

This ones been interesting ,clients asked to do the plaster and paint so we’ve only been able to get it so far .

Over 130years old and a new lease on life we look forward to getting back to see the finished product

Here’s another kitchen remodel this time using American oak veneer paneling to match in with cabinetry we’d built for the tv fire place and storage.

Concealed with in there is a push panel hiding the sky box and PlayStation keeping the area simple and minimising clutter .

A floating fireplace over a wall lined with a composite stone adding a nice contrast to the oak .This fire place looks amazing sitting on custom brackets .

The kitchen, butlers ,and walk through storage has transformed the space utilising the existing lay out of the home to suit the clients life style .

Nice we bit of colour on this one .

Road side , cedar ship lap weatherboard , looks good along side the dark joinery weather boards and facia

Righto so there’s a heap of jobs we haven’t put up.
