- Facilitated with heart and science by experienced health/caring professionals. Grounded in evidence-based modalities: MBSR and MSC.

- Experiential CPD: A range of practices to nourish your nervous system and to take into your life and work, to support you and your clients/ patients.

- Fully catered and held in a stunning alpine venue

- No prior experience needed. CME and CPD certificates available.
