•If you invest in 3 properties which earn a combined 75k rental income per year, it will take just over 13 years to reach 1m.
• If you invest in 6 properties earning a combined rental income of 150k per year it will take you around 6.5 years to reach 1m.

🕵🏼Sunset Clauses are a 🔥 topic. Are they legal? Yes. Are they moral?… The real question is, how do you best protect yourself?
# Change the wording in the clause so only YOU can use it.
# Word it accordingly to prevent the developer using the s.s. clause to sell the property at a higher price. #
# Ask to push the sunset date out further (best option imo)
