Car fittings complete ✅
The team race tomorrow from 5pm at Moruya Speedway!
They’ll be racing over three races + 20 lap feature, however they are also allowed to join the B grade with the two seater cars which is another 3 races + 20 lap feature.
Ethans and Goats have two seater cars, so they’ll be able to have a skid with a passenger too! A very different experience than we are used to in NZ, so we are sure the team will enjoy that.
A massive thank you to these generous Aussies that have helped make this all possible…
Shaun Davoodi supplied Ethan’s car
Steve Walsh supplied Kareena’s car
Trent Allen supplied Allen’s car

Ethan & Allen are off to Australia! 🇦🇺🏁
Rapid Racewear is launching a Trans Tasman Cup and we are heading over to support Kareena, and have a skid at the same time!
It is going to be a very different experience to what we are used to, but we are sure it’ll be a whole lot of fun.
Be sure to follow the updates on Rapid Racewear and here!
We're heading across the ditch! In recognition of our international driver, we're sending four kiwis over to Sydney Australia to battle it out for the Rapid Racewear Trans Tasman Cup. We've entered our kiwis in the streetstock class against our very own Shaun Davoodi in hopes to see some heated battle on Australian turf.
The Australian streetstock class consist of worked up Ford Falcons and Holden Commodores with an average of 220hp. The class is also deemed non contact so it will be interesting to see our drivers take to flag racing without the help of bumpers…
Stay tuned for more updates.
Proud to be repping Rapid Racewear this season and beyond! 👌🏼
2023-24 Stockcar Knockout & $10,000 Superstock Shootout ✅
A massive night for the team and the club last night! Firstly a big thank you from our HPR team to all of the out of town cars in all classes for making the effort to come to our track. This was our big one of the season and it was really awesome to see so many people supporting our events!
46w Stockcar
After a win in the quarter finals, a win in the semi finals, Kareena & Ethan were able to take home some silverware in 2nd overall for the Stockcar Knockout. Awesome result after them both taking some decent hits, but working really well as a team to get the wins 👌🏼
46w Superstock
First race the car unfortunately got stuck in first gear and lost a lap sorting that, so finished in 21st. Second race he finished 11th with the fastest lap of the race. Third race was a good one, battling for the lead and finishing in 2nd.
After these heats Ethan was 10th on points, and had a Stella performance in the Shootout, making it up 4 Shootouts and looking strong. Unfortunately he then got it stuck in top gear, and then Kaelin Mooney was able to stop his winning streak, ending the $10k chances.
5w Superstock
Not the best night in the seat for Keegan, getting caught up at the start of both race 1 and race 2, dropping to the back in both and having to climb his way back to the front pack. First race finished 11th with the fastest lap, and second race finished 8th. Third race was a better one getting the win after a good battle with Ethan 🏁
After the heats this put Keegan 5th on points going into the Shootout, and up against Kaelin Mooney for his first one. He managed to get the win, but unfortunately was pulled off due to apparently hitting after the flag… ending his $10k chances too (no stand down was given).
13w Superstock
Allen back in the hot seat for the night, and he walked off smiling and still standing so that is a success for the team! Big thank you to John for letting him have a skid.
Allens results were;
19th in the first after getting caught in first lap pile up, 16th in the second race (and a faster lap time than Keegan), and 11th in the last race.
Big thank you to our awesome crew & family last night, it was a hectic week and night with 6 cars from the shed out there, and we couldn’t do it without the support from our team.
Thanks to our sponsors for the support, we really appreciate everything that you all do for the team.
Our next meeting in New Zealand is the Superstock GP in Whanganui, however we will be sharing some exciting news in the coming days about Ethan & Allen’s adventures this weekend… 🇦🇺🦘

If you’re heading to Wellington Family Speedway tomorrow, save this photo! The Stockcar Knockout has a very unique format which Ethan will be competing in, paired up with 33w Kareena Annan 💥
Capital Pools Ultimate Knockout Format:
One of the most unique formats in the country is back! Each Stockcar driver has selected their pair to be teamed up for the night.
First race is to seed the pair amongst the field with the two drivers finishing points being added together. They then enter the Knockout format with the fastest pair getting the best grids to the slowest pair getting grids of the back.
The Ultimate Knockout: 4 pairs enter each of the quarter finals with only 2 pairs advancing. The name of the game is to get one of your pair across the line in either first or second position. No other placings matter! Drivers will pick the fastest of their pair to run to the finish while the other does their best to slow down their opponents. The two advancing pairs go on to the semi finals to join the other quarter finalists following the same format till we get to our final Ultimate Knockout!
Its sure to bring the action! Keep an eye out for ribbons on each of the drivers wings that will make their pair !
