Maybe the real gift was the friends we made along the way... ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ’ซ

Research shows that developing good social connections (with our friends, whฤnau, and even pets) can help us live happier, healthier, and longer lives! ๐Ÿ’ In fact, the quality of our social ties is one of the most important predictors of overall wellbeing.

So this holiday, remember to spend plenty of time with your loved ones - itโ€™s the gift that keeps on giving! ๐ŸŽ„

Itโ€™s how we handle these differences that shape the quality of our friendships. ๐Ÿค”

Being a person who can handle disagreements (think: respect, kindness, fairness, and assertiveness) helps you maintain your integrity, no matter where the friendship takes you. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ฏ
