Everyone has to begin somewhere. I have challenged myself to a few goals this summer.

One is to my handstand hold. I have a background in gymnastics so I have always messed around as a kid.

But as an adult the main challenge is to increase my core strength.

I know not to bend my back, bring in my core but to do this I must begin with baby steps with general upper body and core strength.

Over the next coming weeks, I will be doing handstand and core exercises. Well on my way to holding that handstand for more than 2 seconds.
