WOW already 1 week down of the Winter Wellness challenge and I feel so good for prioritising some new healthy habits, feeling fab!

I would love for you to send me a picture of your Wellness Time table so I can see how you have gone. (I am also looking at mine as a reflection to see what I want to focus on a little bit more for week 2 and that is adding in one more yoga session)

I would also love any feedback from completing the first week of GF winter wellness e.g. what you have enjoyed, what activity is inspiring you the most, how you feel after week 1?

Hey Bods,

So amazing to see and hear from those that are in the swing of the first wellness week!

So many people have mentioned how much they enjoyed the Matthew mcconaughey and the Batman podcast they are incredible! If you haven’t already, listen to one of these or both!!

Day 2 of winter wellness Bods:
I just listened to day 2 of the 21 days of abundance and loving these meditations so much already!

A mindful walk is my next step of action.

I have had a few people tell me how much they have enjoyed the podcasts too.

Has anyone managed to tick off a wellness activity today?
I have managed a walk and treated myself to reformer Pilates.
I am going to start the 21 days of abundance meditation tonight!
