I shared this post recently on my personal page, but for anyone who missed it, I wrote a blog post detailing my struggles with mental health this year.
There's seems to be an unspoken stigma attached to males suffering with their mental health, but it has to become more openly talked about in society. I really hope this helps anyone who has struggled with their own mental battles.

I've finally gone and bought a Camper Van. It's been on my bucket list to travel long term in one and whilst the rest of the world is suffering the effects of the pandemic, what better time?

I've been neglecting social media lately, but it's such a useful tool for bloggers. I'll be aiming to post more frequently again in future, with new posts every Sunday
