"It's absolutely perfect for slathering onto hot buttered toast".

Taste tester reviews. Thanks Jenny, Wanaka.

Who would have thought that marmalade is so versatile; check out these ideas.

Tangy vinaigrette, 1 TBSP vinegar, 3 TBSP olive oil, 1 TBSP marmalade, place in a jar and give a good shake. Instant Spring salad dressing.

Delicious gravy, when roasting (chicken, duck, beef, lamb etc etc) stir a spoonful of marmalade into your roasting dish, yum.

Toss through roasted vegetables, swirl through greek yoghurt......see it's so versatile 🀀

Celebrating πŸŽ‰πŸŽπŸŽ‚
A few weeks back we celebrated a friend's 40th, myself, the host and a buddy speedily laid out a gracing table while our children kept themselves busy eating marshmallows and running around!

It was enjoyed throughout the night between laughter, dinner, dancing and speeches.
