What have we been up to lately? Well, amongst other things we've installed dozens of windows in a commercial job in Porirua.
Team has done a smashing job.

Its been a while-we started this reno tidy up early January for a client that is offshore mostly. Access to the job is challenging with a 60m path up to the house from the road :) . Amongst other jobs here we've propped the pergola in place. Opened up the front of the house. Dealt with the terrible piles, installed beam and new framing. New 5m slider door and cladding and tidied up the front. This is one part of this renovation-more to come. In need of "Consented" Restricted Building Work please get in touch.

With plenty of work going forward into 2023 and expansion we are looking for a new team member -3rd year apprentice or better.
Secondly we are looking for a new or first/2nd year apprentice-must have some get up and go- and be looking to get stuck in and perform.

Carpenter or near Carpenter required.
We are a small building team of 9 working all over Wellington building new homes and installing windows.
The window side is full noise so I need a person or two for that and also new builds.
Window installs are low materials- so we never have to wait for Gib or Cladding materials.
The work is easy, and you're never stuck in one place too long.

Window installs are low materials dependent so are a heck of a lot safer these days with material delays.

finish off tmrw and floor sheets and then on to house 1 joists and flooring. Upper frames arrive Friday for both.
