If you aimlessly live each day on autopilot then the prediction for your life will be exactly the same as the last year

Regardless of how your last year was whether it was a great year or a bit of a shambles, either way you get to have 2024 as your best year yet

It is a conscious decision of how you want to live, feel and BE in 2024

The vibe for 2024 is all about connection, fun, adventure and just all round thriving in our environment!!

This was actually the first year Mat & I actually sat down to chat through our individual and family goals

& it was a hit!!!

We reflected on 2023, celebrated our wins, talked about all the good things, decided what were leaving in 2023 and what we are welcoming into 2024!

Rather than setting strict goals we had a conversation around our intentions for this years in all areas of life

- Health
- Finances
- Relationship
- Career
- & overall intention within our lifestyle & environment (how we want to feeeeel in 2024)

For me it’s the feeling that’s important. Doing things in alignment with my values, living a lifestyle that I love, making choices that positively affect my families health and future proofing ourselves in all areas

We’ve got our GPS set for 2024 & we now know exactly what we’re calling in for this year 💥💥💥

Bring on an EVEN BETTER year than the last - pinch me that life can get even better than 2023 🥹🌊💧

As 2024 approaches this is often the time where we reflect on the year, & think about what our goals are for the next year

There’s are few mindset shifts & perspectives that id love to share as we come into this time of reflection 👇

✨ Focus on the good the 2023 has brung rather than on the “problems/adventures” that may have happened this year

If you focus your goals around how 2024 is going to be a lot better than this year your coming from a place of lack/that low vibe state of “what a s**t year” frequency

Perspective shift 👉🏻👉🏻 What are you celebrating for what has come to life in 2023, what are your grateful for about this past year, what are the positive shifts you’ve noticed in yourself & your life, what are you proud of yourself for?

When we do this and actually reflect on the positive and be grateful for what has happened in 2023 when it comes to our intentions/goals for the new year we are creating these from a high vibe place

& what happens when we come from this place we then welcome in even more amazingness for this next year to come!!

You attract more to you on what you put out there so this all just makes total sense to me 🙌🏻

& then for the new year intentions/goals you now get be like okay cool how is 2024 going to be even better and be the best bloody year yet?!

So some things to ponder for your 2024 intention setting 👇

- What would I love to bring it life in 2024 in all areas of my life (health, relationships, career, lifestyle)
- What are my key focuses to be able to bring the above to life ie is there anything you need to do, person you need to be, or things you may want to start to support this all
- If potential hurdles pop up how can I consciously ground myself to navigate through those hurdles ie what is it that really nourishes you that allows you to live with brain capacity?
- What do I want to leave in 2023?
- Is there 1 word or sentence that encapsulates your 2024?

I love the energy of this new year & I’m really excited to sit down to do the above for myself & this year I’m going to involve my partner in this and really discuss our individual & combined/family intentions for the year ✨🌞🌊

With the sun shining I can imagine you guys are as excited about this as I am of as it means more beach/park/ water days just having SO MUCH FUN with dad at home!!

Literally so pumped to have Mat at home for 3 weeks and all the memories will be created

And also I would love to share some things that our family will be doing to still be eating really nourishing wholefoods whilst you naturally may be out of the house a lot more over this time

Here’s what we are going to do (and it gets to be really simple)👇

✨ PACKING LUNCH FOR THE WHOLE FAM + lots of snacks

Literally that’s the key thing we are going to do lol. It gets to be easy so with the this is what we will focus on 👇

👉🏻 Be organised, think of meals in advance the next day the night before
👉🏻 Continue with our current food shopping so there is always an abundance of organic food in the house
👉🏻 Make lots of home baking snacks & yummiest since dad is at home another pair of hands yay!!

When you start drinking Kangen water its highly likely that you will become a bit of a water snob 💦

This statement is one that I get ALL THE TIME because what we have within this business honestly still baffles me

Like seriously, your telling me that we get to build an online business that has a massive impact on the health of families all around the globe while generating an income source that allows us to thrive in our fullest health expression?!

Pinch me that this is my “work” 🙈

The reason why I get this statement so much is because the world we live society tells us that we should just settle at a 9-5, just scrape by, get 4 weeks of leave per year, 1 holiday per year, and then really live when you retire

Is it just me or does this feel all wrong?!

We were literally put on this earth to live exactly as we desire - it is our birth right!!

Get out of your own way and don’t play into the realm of thinking this is to good to be true because the reality is

Our little humans gut health is so important especially in these first few years of life when heir digestive system is still maturing

These are a few of my go to gut loving options that I use for Hunter

🍊 Gelatin gummies

Making gummies are so easy and such. Good way to pump the nutrients into your little ones. You can do so many flavours, are epic for teething and tick all the boxes for gut health. One thing that Is really key here is to buy grass fed beef gelatin. I went with the brand

🦴 Bone broth

This is such an essential that is now a staple in most meals I do. I love the brand bone broth powder as it makes it so easy to add to meals or whip up the exact amount of broth I need. Hunter even likes just drinking this, especially if I have slow roasted some meat in the broth then its extra flavourful. Really important to buy good quality bone broth if you do store bought, ideally organic or organic practices used and if its a powder check the ingredients/salt content too.

🥥 Coconut kefir

This is such a goodie and one that hunter loved early on in his solids journey. Easy to add to smoothies, add the norish smoothie mix to it, add to oats, or just drink!

A good quality greek yogurt with lots of delicious probiotics in it is also a fave round here for when your baby has been introduced to dairy

When hunter first started solids some resources that really helped were specifically the milk to meals book or the brand norish has epic products & resources too!

Another epic thing hunter was recommended by his nutritionist/naturopath was the biome baby probiotics & we are loving them! He always looks forward to his probiotic drink before bed each night

There is no ‘right’ way and there is no ‘wrong’ way - there is just the way that feel good for you based on your values & belief system

WHY longevity is a key consideration when starting a business or online income 💥

Longevity essential determines whether your business your starting is going to be a “quick buck” or an actual long term compounding sustainable income source for the rest of your life.

I’m sure you guys can agree that if you were to put your time and energy into learn the skills of digital marketing, it would make sense that you actually leverage an offer that has a long term vision right?

Meaning its not going to be a short term income and will actually serve as a compounding financial income source for the rest of your life (bonus if it is billable to future generations too!)

I see so many offers that pop up out there that if you jump on them fast enough you’ll make a decent chunk of money in a short amount of time but then the market becomes saturated and the offer fizzles out - ie your business crashes.

As humans especially in this generation we tend to want things to happen now, like super fast overnight kinda deal but the reality is the perspective you actually need to have when starting a business is a long term vision.

Key things to consider when looking into starting an online business:
- How long has the company been around for
- Do they have a long term vision and structures set up to support this?
- If its product based, do they own the entire supply chain?
- Is it a product/service that is in high demand now & the inevitable future?
- Is it currently a saturated market?
- What is the impact your offer/service will have on others & their health?

The intention behind starting a business is such a huge one, consciously do things from the right place of both your long term vision, and the positive impact it will have on other peoples lives rather than just searching for the next “quick buck” scheme

If you know me well you’ll know that I get SO fired up when it comes to what they put in our food 🥦

& it got me thinking…

I wonder how long all these additives, colours, flavours, enhancers, random numbers etc have actually been in our food?

My guess is not very long, and it would be so interesting to be able to actually compare food labels with a similar item 30 years ago

The other thing that plays on my mind, is the lack of education of these ingredients that are so common in food labels that I would say most people have zero idea how much this is harming their health

I most definitely am grateful to be educated in this area & that I get to share it on here in the hopes to make a positive impact on at least 1 other humans life!!

This is just my personal opinion but I feel like SO many companies actually value keep the cost low and find ways to “cheapen” our food rather than actually finding ways to keep our food in its most natural form

Imagine if you could go to the supermarket & have full trust that the labels weren’t going to be riddled with seed oils & additives?

It sure would make life easier knowing you could actually trust brands to create high quality, organic food purely made from wholefoods, & good for us fats!!

What a world it would be if we could actually just strip back the layers and return back to the source eating organic locally sourced wholefoods without all the sh*t

With the rise in chronic disease it baffles me that people don’t pay more attention to the quality of the food you eat & I feel such passion to share and educate more on this!
