Many of the designs allow you to choose your colour scheme and all of the cakes have an option to add a personal message.

Remember you can add on a topper and a gift card . So many options to make your cake uniquely your own design.!!

Welcome to the newly relocated Cake Wellington, now sited right next to our popular Cake Cafe in Plimmerton.

Now we have a shop where you can come and see us at work, talk to us about custom cake ideas, order cakes from our Online Shop and buy an increasing range of cake related products. We have a selection of toppers and candles to get you started and we will be adding more products each week.

We keep a range of whole ready made cakes from our Cafe Cake range as well as the whole selection of cupcakes ready to pack up in a gift box to take away.

To celebrate the move we are offering free delivery to our near suburbs for the next three months. So, you can get a cake or custom cake delivered free to these places: Pukerua Bay, Plimmerton, Camborne, Mana, Paremata, Aotea and Whitby.

So, the physical shop is now partly open.

We have a selection of our 8 inch cafe range cakes to buy. They serve 8 to 12 people and are delicious!

You can also order in store from the Online Shop using our customer order screen. The full online range is available to order that way.

We will work towards a range of cake related products for sale in store.

You can already buy our vanilla or vegan buttercream but you will need to bring a container!

Hello! We are done! We have made the move and we are back creating amazing cakes for customers all over Wellington.

Jump online at www.cakewellington.co.nz to see our great range of cake designs available to buy, made to order. Once you choose your design you can personalise your cake by choosing cake flavour, buttercream colour, buttercream filling flavour and additional fruit patisserie filling. Most of the designs can be made Gluten Free or Vegan as well as eggless and Dairy Free.

If you do want a properly customized design then we offer that service through the website - Create a Cake service.

I will follow up in the days to come about each of the cake designs and custom cake ordering.

Revisiting a few of our kids custom cakes - give us a theme and some inspiration and we'll come up with a design!

We are very proud to have been invited to make the cake for the 30th anniversary front cover of NZ House and Garden magazine. My thanks to our wonderful in house team and to Amanda at Small Acorns for choosing us to be part of this exciting project. What a stunning cover!

Our Mother's Day Cupcakes are now available to pre-order from the Online Shop. Order early so that we can be sure to make enough! Latest online order date will be Thursday 9 May.

Cupcakes will be available to buy on Saturday and Sunday at The Cake Cafe Plimmerton.

It's the last week to order before the big day 🎄

We'll will be closed from 24th December through to 5th January for all custom orders.

We will have one day in between these dates for our buy online orders. For these orders the pick up date is 29th December between 10am and 12pm from our The Cake Café in Plimmerton.

Any enquiries for furutre custom cakes will be dealt with once we return in January.
