I am a self taught cake artist based in Wellington, NZ, operating in a registered studio in the CBD. We work under an excellent hygiene grading certificate and take pride in using seasonal and local produce to create individual pieces of edible art. While we cater to all dietary requirements and allergies, our kitchen does involve production with gluten, dairy, nut and egg-based products.
