Being an educator, I have always found as a win-win situation for students and myself both. The assessments conducted as part of the course for my students yielded three mutual benefits:
✅️ Assessment for learning
✅️ Assessment as learning, and
✅️ Assessment of learning.
It was an enriching interacting with such bright young minds and be a part of the process not just to assess their intellectual , but being able to provide a assessment, readying them up for future by also focusing on their , ability to , take towards , and being as well.
Wishing each one of them bright future ahead!

We all experience various kinds of in our lives, i.e. social that we form about certain individuals outside our own conscious awareness. These biases stem from one's tendency to organize social worlds by 'categorizing' like:
💡Affinity bias (liking based on same college, religion, etc)
💡Confirmity bias (based on what majority is doing)
💡Benevolence bias (based on current physical ability out of kindness)
💡Halo/horn bias (categorising based on one trait)
💡Attribution bias (based on putting it on the situation or circumstances)
And more...
It was great conducting the above through activities like 'Trusted10' and bias quiz for my PGDM students...
So much to learn and contribute!

Learning never stops!
I am a believer of classroom concept. This way, my students as the learners and myself as the facilitator - both are the receivers of something great at the end of each session, because of .
👂🏼Active listening- Engaging sessions by dialogues and opinion based healthy discussions impart at both sides.
👀 Being observant- It allows me to be observant about the of my students outside of the classroom and what works best for whom.
😁 Laughter - My students have taught me how important it is to every day, be carefree at times and enjoy life.
💡 Childlike Curiosity - Asking questions is . We don't shy away in addressing the simplest to most complex questions and deal with them head-on.
🤝 Unconditional love - Everyone is fighting their own battle. Students have their fair share of toggling between assignments, lectures, placements, and I try to ensure that quality learning is imparted even on the days I have had bad news back home or how much I struggled with Delhi traffic that morning!
On all the days, I derive from the that I receive from them and keeps me doing better with each new session.
As I embark on my journey as an , hope love and learning continues.
