Beginners are welcome to join this workshop
Not suitable for someone with cervical neck problems.
This two house workshop will focus on the drills needed to be able to kick your first Headstand.
We will go through:
1. Benefits of inversion
2. How to shift your mind with affirmations that will help you to achieve whatever you want.
3. How to safely handstand.
4. Building core strength before inventions
5. How to use yoga crops, wall and a buddy to headstand, and lot of drills...
Finally you will have lot of fun 😃!

First time I tried this inversion was really hopeless and said to my self that Im not good enough to perform it along with other asana , I was lucky my Guru taught me how to be kinder to my self and just keep practicing without judging myself and one day I just did it without thinking to o much about it.

The name Urdhva Mukha Svanasana comes from the Sanskrit words’ aka ‘upward facing dog’.
The body stretches like the way a dog generally stretches and hence the name. This backbend pose works to a great extend on the arms and shoulders strength, strengthen the wrists, arms, and back. The chest-opening action provides a great antidote to “office slump,” while freeing the lungs and opening the heart. Backbends like up dog are regarded as “extroverted” poses which can balance our tendency to curl in on ourselves when we feel depressed or overwhelmed.
Avoid this pose if you have injuries to your neck, wrists, shoulders, or low back, or if you have recently had surgery involving your abdomen or back. Save it for later if you are in your second or third trimester of pregnancy.
Chakrasana (wheel pose) is beneficial to the nervous system, digestive system, respiratory, cardiovascular and glandular system
It influence all the hormonal secretions and relieves various gynaecological disorders
This is an inverted asana in Wich the whole body and nervous system are being placed in abnormal position.
