Ano ka ba? Edi bitawan mo. Iwan mo kung alam mong enough na, kung alam mong binigay at ginawa mo naman na ang lahat. Hindi man ganoon kadali pero para sa sarili mo, sa peace mo, at sa mental health mo na patuloy na nasisira. Tatanungin pa sa sarili kung kailan. Minsan, ikaw lang din naman ang problema e. Sarili mo, kasi kumakapit ka pa sa pag-asang "MAY MAGBABAGO", sa salitang "MAHAL KO KASI 'YON", at "HINDI KO KAYA", kahit wala nang magbabago. Hindi ka naman na mahal, wala nang respeto. Hindi mo naman matatanong iyan sa sarili mo at hindi mangyayari iyan KUNG SA UMPISA PA LANG ALAM MO ANG WORTH MO.

IKAW MISMO, ang sarili mo lang ang magpapalaya sa'yo sa sitwasyong hindi mo deserve. Hindi ang magulang mo, pamilya mo o kaibigan mo. Nasa sa'yo, ikaw mismo.

Wag mong ibalik ang sarili mo sa panahong hindi ka nakakatulog nang mabuti, hindi mo na alam ang sagot sa mga katanungan mo at yung panahong gulong-gulo palagi ang isip mo.

Kapag nag-move forward na, dirediretso na. Walang alinlangan. Wag na magpapahila pababa. Walang lingunan. Okay na eh. Okay ka na.

Deserve mo ang peace of mind na yan.

Aabot pala tayo sa point ng buhay natin na titigil na tayong maghabol sa tao. Yung kapag pinaalis tayo, ok nalang satin. Yung kapag iniwan tayo, hahayaan nalang, Yung hindi tayo namimilit na mag stay sila. kasi kung mag stay sila, ayos kung hindi, ok lang din. Naalala ko yung panahong umiyak at nagmakaawa ako sa isang tao para lang magstay kasi hindi madaling mag-isa. Pero as of this moment, napagtanto ko na "it's ok to lose people, but never lose yourself"

My father once told me,

“Forgive yourself for believing in them, for trusting too easily. Forgive yourself for giving them another chance when you thought things might change. And most importantly, forgive yourself enough to set yourself free—free from hatred, from revenge, and from the weight of your past.”

The next morning, I found my father in tears, sitting in front of my mother. His best friend of ten years had betrayed him. I asked him if he was angry, and once again, he smiled, shaking his head.

“My heart has no room for hatred. I don’t deserve to carry that burden. I’ve forgiven him, but that doesn’t mean I’ve forgotten. The next time he sees me smiling, despite everything, he’ll understand who really suffered between us.”

Wiping his eyes with his favorite handkerchief—the one I’d given him for his birthday—he added,
“The best gift you can give to someone who’s hurt you is letting them see you live a better life despite it. We only have one life, so don’t waste it on people who’ve left scars on your heart. Let them see what they lost, and how, in their own way, they helped you grow.”

It was then that I realized, without his words, I might still be haunted by things that were never my fault.

ito yung stage na lagi mong pinapatawad yung taong paulit -ulit yung pagkakamali, na akala nung taong yon pinapatawad mo siya palagi kasi sobra mo siyang mahal

pero hindi niya alam na sa tuwing pinapatawad mo siya nababawasan yung pagmamahal na binibigay mo para sa kanya dahil insensitive siya di niya maramdaman yon

sa tuwing pinapatawad mo siya nababawasan yung love mo para sa kanya pero sa tuwing pinapatawad mo siya mas lumalaki naman yung pagmamahal niya para sa'yo, pero depende parin yon

yung sakit at pagod naiipon yon,at puro nalang lungkot di mo na mafefeel yung love, kaya to all relationship out there when he/she give you a chance wag mong abusuhin kahit gaano kapa niyan kamahal pag paulit-ulit mong sinasaktan yan ganyan ang mangyayari kadalasan
