The ABA Aquatics programme aims to teach swim skills in a play orientated progressive manner beginning from toes in the water for the first time to staying involved as a sport. Swimmers are moved from group to group having completed each skill on their current level before being moved to the next. This is vital to ensure that skills taught later have the required preparatory skills taught in advance.

Congratulations to Catalina Tomazevic Sol who clinched a fantastic bronze medal at the Argentinian national championships today in the 100 brs. Absolutely fantastic achievement for this young lady. Her PB ranks her as the top 15 year old girl in Argentina. Looking forward to seeing the bright future this athlete has ahead of her!

Congratulations to ABA Aquatics club member Louis Stehlin on his success at the Lyngby Svommeklub meet in Denmark this weekend. Fantastic heat and final swims and a brilliant bronze in the 100 breaststroke. Louis continues today with a final in the 50 free-best of luck Louis!!!!!!

Congratulations to former ABA Aquatics athlete Lupita Gomez who snatched gold in the 50 backstroke at the 1st Monagas State Swimming championship 2024. Super proud of this young lady who had continued to develop since moving back to her native Venezuela earlier this year and already making waves in the pool on the other side of the world! That ABA Aquatics hat has travelled far in a short space of time!!!! Well done!!!!!!

While teaching their classes all year, little may you have known that coaches Roxy and Mahsa have been training hard to compete in the World Masters Swimming Championships in Doha this weekend. Both ladies competed in the 3k open water event. Huge congratulations to both-16th and 18th in the world representing ABA Aquatics!
