Steps to a magnificent flavor:
π In a bowl, place sugar, butter, milk, egg, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
π₯ In a skillet over medium heat, make crΓͺpes with the previous batter. Make as many crΓͺpes as the desired number of layers for the cake. Set aside.
π In a container, mix cream cheese, condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest until a homogenous mixture is formed.
π₯ In a baking sheet, place a cake ring and place one crΓͺpe as the base. Place a layer of filling on top. Repeat the layers until all of the ingredients are used up. Refrigerate.
π In a bowl, whip whipping cream until doubled in size. Add icing sugar and lime zest. Frost crΓͺpe cake with whipped cream.
π₯ Garnish with lime wheels and mint leaves. Cut a slice of key lime crΓͺpe cake.

Ingredients:
β©οΈ 10 - 14 tbsp Nutella
β©οΈ1 1/2 cups Lively Harvest Traditional 100% Oat Pancake and Waffle Mix
β©οΈ3 tsp baking powder
β©οΈ4 tbsp sugar
β©οΈPinch of salt
β©οΈ1 egg
β©οΈ1cup + 2 tbsp milk (could be low fat)
β©οΈ 1 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
Step by Step... One by one:
1οΈβ£ Place the Dry Ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.
2οΈβ£ Make a well in the centre and place the Wet Ingredients in the well. Whisk until combined and lump free (stop whisking as soon as it is smooth, don't over whisk).
3οΈβ£ Melt 1/2 tsp butter in a non stick fry pan over medium heat. Once melted, wipe most of the butter off with a paper towel.
4οΈβ£ Take 3 Frozen Nutella Discs out of the freezer just before you start cooking.
5οΈβ£ Dollop 1/4 cup of batter into the fry pan. Working quickly, place 1 Frozen Nutella Disc in the middle of the batter, then top with batter to cover the Nutella disc
6οΈβ£ When bubbles start appearing around the edges (around 2 minutes), lift up the edge and make sure the underside is golden. Then flip and cook until the other side is golden.
π Repeat with remaining batter. Melt more butter in the pan after the 3rd or 4th pancake. You should be able to make 7 in total, but sometimes it makes 6 - depends on how much batter you use on top of the Nutella.
π Serve warm with sliced blueberries. You could also serve with cream but I find that it's not necessary!π₯π«π.

To make this pinkish delight you will need:
π 3 cups sliced strawberries.
π 1/4 cup sugar.
π 2 cups Lively Harvest Cinnamon 100% Oat Pancake and Waffle Mix.
π 1 cup milk.
π 2 tablespoons sugar.
π 1 teaspoon vanilla.
π 2 eggs.
π 1 1/2 cups whipping (heavy) cream, whipped.
π 2 Scoops of Strawberry ice cream.
Steps:
π₯ Mix strawberries and 1/4 cup sugar; set aside. Heat a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat or electric griddle to 375Β°F; grease with cooking spray, vegetable oil or shortening. (Surface is ready when a few drops of water sprinkled on it dance and disappear.)
π₯ Stir Lively Harvest Cinnamon 100% Oat Pancake and Waffle Mix , milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, the vanilla and eggs until blended. Pour by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle.
π₯ Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden. To serve, layer pancakes, strawberries and cream. Makes 12 pancakes.
