What an incredible July! Myself and the team are so grateful to have helped many families find their new homes and start of their next chapter. “But Leanna, I don’t care about your team stats” I know, I get it- however, this tells us a lot about what’s going on in the current real estate market and what to expect. This shows that we’re gearing up for a busy fall- meaning more inventory will be hitting the market which opens up the door for opportunity both in the commercial and residential real estate world. Now, this doesn’t mean that you can low ball an offer 50k under ask….home sale prices are still at valuing at their worth with increasing appreciation, but it does mean less competition and a bit more wiggle room on contingencies. Let’s wait and see how everything pans out! But for now, what a perfect time to buy OR sell!
